We strive for your 100% satisfaction. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return your O6 within fifteen (15) days after your order’s date of delivery for a refund or exchange. If your O6 stops working and is determined by O6 Support to be eligible for a warranty return, as defined by our warranty policy, we will help you exchange your O6. We do not accept returns for international orders.
Unopened boxes, returned within fifteen (15) days of delivery will receive a refund (full refund less shipping and handling fees) for the purchased items. Opened boxes or accessories, returned within fifteen (15) days of delivery, and not eligible for a warranty return, will incur an additional $16 restocking fee, which shall be deducted from the refund. Some states do not allow restocking fees, so the above restocking fee may not apply to you.

Please retain all packaging when you receive your O6 in the unlikely event that a return or exchange is processed as returns must include the original box and all included accessories such as user guide, charging dock, clip mount, steering wheel mount, cables, and O6. We’ll inspect all returned merchandise and issue a refund or exchange once inspection is complete. Should anything be missing from your return or exchange you will be charged.
